This place was great for takeout! The pho broth was flavorful and the meat was fresh! would definitely go back.

The potstickers are amazing!! The service was wonderful and it's a nice quiet place to dine. I'm excited to try to full menu when they have it all.

When my sister-in-law and myself arrived for lunch, there was one other customer there. They had one young man running the cash register and waiting tables. We wondered if we would have slow service, but no, the young man was amazingly efficient. He brought our water to us right away and explained the menu to us--which was a big help! The food arrived within a normal time frame and was absolutely delicious. It was a nice big helping of rice, meat, and veggies, so I took some home to eat later. It reheated very nicely as well. As we were leaving, we saw that more people were coming to the restaurant and I was glad!

Wonderful presentation, delicate flavors, and more than we could possibly eat. The side dish with ingredients you can add yourself to the soup are a nice touch. A great experience

Tonight was our first try with Saigon Garden.
The wife ordered the pork banh mi, while I ordered the spicy beef noodles. We shared the spring rolls as a starter.
My wife really enjoyed her sandwich. I tried a piece of the pork and the flavor was amazing! The spring rolls were also really good.
I was a little confused as to my spicy beef noodles. I had imagined something akin to stir fry based on the description, but what I received was much closer to pho. I think a little clarification could help.
My other gripe was that the spicy beef noodles weren’t spicy at all. Give me a little spice folks!
Our waiter was overall attentive and kind. He did miss some small things like my ordering of a Coca Cola (no soda arrived, but I also wasn’t charged for one… so I guess it’s a wash).
Overall I think this restaurant has a lot of potential… especially in the vacuum of North Pole. Once the waitstaff polishes their routine a bit, and with some menu edits… I think they can really shine!
We will definitely be back for another meal.

We went to Saignon Garden in North Pole tonight for dinner. Service was amazing and very personable! We waited 5 minutes for our appetizer and a total of 10 minutes for our entrees. The spring rolls were fresh and delicious! I had the beef with meatballs pho and my husband ordered the grilled pork vermicelli. Food was 10/10 and we will definitely be back!

Food was excellent! So much flavor! The Spring Rolls were so good with the homemade peanut sauce. The Pho was so flavorful with the cilantro, jalapeno and basil adding so much flavor. You will not be disappointed with the food.

This place was great. We were sat immediately, our waiter was very attentive. The fried wonton appetizer was delicious as was my entry and Vietnamese Iced coffee 🏽. Would definitely go back.

The food is legit and definitely worth a visit. Only has been open a few months, but definitely the best Vietnamese food in the FNSB. Highly recommend!

I ordered the pho combo and it was delicious and the portion could easily feed two. The fried potstickers and egg rolls were great as well. It's definitely worth coming back!

This place just got new enthusiastic owners who streamlined the menus making ordering easier and service faster. Food is still delicious. I hand Brisket and meatball Pho. Generous portion of well seasoned soup, that I will continue ordering. Lots of noodles and brisket and meatballs. Give this place a try, you will not regret it.

Went with a group and tried a bunch of dishes. Loved the pho, rice vermicelli salad, egg rolls, and potstickers!

Food was really good and service was too thank you! Portions are very generous here as well. Can’t wait to try more things off the menu. Thank you so much for your warm hospitality. 🙏

Food was great! We had the chicken wings, shrimp spring roll and vegetable soup. The two complimentary spring rolls were good and a nice surprise! Staff was friendly and very nice. It's a new restaurant so not all menu items are available yet but I'd recommend you try it!

Foods is good appetizers are really good and cheap. Portion size of the main meal is a bit large but that’s a plus. The pho soap is good but to much noodle and meat needs to be cut a bit thinner.

Excellent service, amazing food. Owner came and personally spoke with us. With 15+ years of food service management I can tell you that this establishment is very clean, customer oriented, and makes quality food.
Kid-friendliness: We brought our 10 year old and he was served and spoken to just as he was an adult.

Food was amazing, we got the pho and the potstickers, the food was great, the sauces were great, we got it to go and the packaging was very practical and perfect for a dinner in. The service staff is obviously new to the work. But they are obviously trying. The did accidentally delay our order but not by long and they gave us a free smoothie.
